Workforce Development

Changing lives and strengthening communities through fresh starts

We believe that people who have been incarcerated should be given a fresh start with the tools and opportunity to lead productive lives. Our workforce development programs offer transformative opportunities for individuals seeking to rebuild their lives and careers. Through the Preservation Trades Center’s hands-on training in historic preservation and the LEAD Fellowship’s comprehensive reentry support, we are empowering participants to gain valuable skills, meaningful employment, and a renewed sense of purpose.

REENTRY PROGRAM

LEAD Fellowship

The LEAD Fellowship is a holistic reentry initiative that equips formerly incarcerated individuals with tools to create change in their lives and communities. Fellows work together through a paid training program to realize their full potential and reacclimate to life outside prison walls — mind, body, and soul.
