Saturday, January 17 - Monday, January 19, 2026
All Day
On these dates, the Guide-Led Tour & Discussion (12:00 pm on weekdays, 11:00 am on weekends) will feature additional content exploring how Eastern State Penitentiary’s history connects to the Civil Rights Movement and the nation’s unfulfilled promises of freedom and equality. This guided tour highlights powerful stories of resilience and invites reflection on the ongoing struggle for justice today.
The Guide-Led Tour & Discussion is included with admission; however, capacity is limited. You can secure a spot on our Guide-Led Tour by purchasing timed Guide-Led Tour tickets for the day you plan to visit.
We strive to make the penitentiary and our site, programs, and exhibits accessible to all visitors. Click here to learn more about accessibility and accommodations at ESPHS.
