Returning Citizens Fellowship Graduation

Eastern State Penitentiary's Workforce Development team will celebrate the graduation of the inaugural Returning Citizens Fellowship (RCF) cohort. The ceremony will recognize participants' achievements and mark the completion of the program. Remarks from program leaders and partners will be followed by a reception.
