Returning Citizens Fellowship Graduation

The Eastern State Center for Justice Education invites family, friends, and program partners to celebrate the graduation of our most recent Returning Citizens Fellowship (RCF) cohort. The ceremony will recognize participants' achievements and mark the completion of the program. Remarks from program leaders and partners will be followed by a reception.
