Hospital Flashlight Tour

Take a 20-minute, guide-led, flashlight walking tour of Cellblock 3, the Hospital Block. Learn more about Eastern State Penitentiary’s medical history, and get a look at the Operating Room and other fascinating spaces. Admission includes a souvenir flashlight.

Hidden History

Sunday, October 19th, 5:30 PM. $350. $300 for members.

Available one night only. Join us for a VIP Hidden History tour focused on how Eastern State transforms into Halloween Nights. Go behind the walls to explore the sets, passageways, and theatrical spaces before they open to the public, and hear directly from our creative team about how the nation’s most historic prison becomes Philadelphia’s most unforgettable Halloween experience.

Following the tour, enjoy a private reception in The Speakeasy at Al Capone’s Cell, then head back into the festival with VIP access to Halloween Nights.
