You can purchase your tickets online right now at www.EasternState.org/TicketMaster using any major credit card. This is the easiest and most convenient way to purchase tickets in advance.

Plus, when you order online you can upgrade your ticket to a Quick Pass ticket and skip the line (select the “VIP Fast Pass” option) and you can also prepay for parking (you will be asked if you would like to add parking before completing your order). The Quick Pass upgrade and prepaid parking are available exclusively online through Ticketmaster.

2. At Eastern State Penitentiary

You can buy tickets here seven days a week.

Box Office Hours (Non-Show Nights): 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Box Office Hours (Show Nights): 11 a.m. to Event Closing

Both advanced sales and same day sales until event closing (subject to availability). The Box Office is open for walk up sales only. The box office does not accept phone orders. (Please see option 3 for phone sales).

The TBTW Box Office is located directly in front the prison on Fairmount Avenue at 21st Street. The ESP Box Office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, and there are no TicketMaster Fees. Although the ESP Box Office does not accept phone sales, our box office staff is available to answer your questions. Please call (215) 236-2985.

Ask for "Terror Behind the Walls." Tickets agents are available seven days a week. Just choose an exact date and time from the Master Schedule before you call. All major credit cards accepted. Please note: Advanced phone sales available until 3 PM the day of show. (Same day sales after 3 p.m. available at the TBTW Box Office until event closing. Subject to availability). 4. At a Ticketmaster Outlet

Ticketmaster has hundreds of locations to purchase tickets, including most Macy's, FYE and Boscov's locations. Ask for "Terror Behind the Walls." Be sure to choose an exact date and time from the Master Schedule before you go. There are several advantages, cash sales are okay, and you will walk out of the outlet holding your tickets. Please note: Advanced outlet sales available until 3 PM the day of show. (Same day sales after 3 p.m. available at the TBTW Box Office until event closing. Subject to availability). Ticketmaster service fees will apply.

5. With a Group of 20 or More

Groups of 20 or more can purchase adult tickets for up to $15 off the standard admission fee on select nights when they pay in advance. Complete details can be found on our Group Sales Page.

6. As Part of a Dinner Package

Fright and a bite! Area restaurants — all wonderful and all within one block of the Penitentiary — can reserve "Terror Behind the Walls" tickets with a Dinner Package. These dinner packages are available every evening of Terror Behind the Walls. Simply make your reservations at the restaurant, and your Halloween tickets will arrive with dessert! And no Ticketmaster fees of any kind! Please note: Fright and a Bite Dinner Packages must be reserved through the restaurants. Same day reservations are accepted until 3 p.m.
