  • Green ($37) - Redeemable on green nights only
  • Yellow ($42) - Redeemable on yellow and/or green nights
  • Orange ($47) - Redeemable on orange, yellow and/or green nights
  • Purple ($59) - Redeemable on ALL event nights (purple, orange, yellow, and/or green nights)
     
• After you complete your Group Flex Ticket purchase, you'll receive a set of unique, one-time-use codes, each redeemable for one General Admission ticket on the dates that correspond with your price tier of choice. These codes will be sent to the email address entered on your order, and may take up to 24 hours to arrive in your inbox.
   
• Individuals can then visit our ticketing portal, enter one of these unique codes in the promo code box, and secure a ticket for any available date and time within the price tier you've selected. Guests can choose to visit together, in smaller groups, or individually.
   
• Group Flex Ticket codes are not a guarantee of ticket availability. Entry times may sell out, so please encourage your group members to reserve their timed tickets early!

• If you are planning a visit for a school or youth group, please plan on bringing an appropriate number of responsible chaperones. Chaperones must be 21 years of age or older and stay with their group throughout the festival. We highly recommend one chaperone for every fifteen youth.
   
• There is no parking at Eastern State Penitentiary. For people driving personal vehicles, we offer a park and shuttle service for $20 online or $25 on site per vehicle. Large vehicles (charter buses, RVs, etc.) should plan to drop off/ pick up in front of the penitentiary and park off-site in a bus lot. • All groups receive Express Entry into the event, bypassing the General Admission queue outside the penitentiary. Please Note: Express Entry does NOT allow groups to skip attraction queues inside the penitentiary. In addition, large parties may be required to temporarily split up and enter the festival in small groups to accommodate venue capacity limits.
   
• While entry is timed in half-hour windows, there is no limit on the duration of your visit. Most groups spend about 1.5 to 2 hours at Halloween Nights.
