All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges, including for unused tickets.
All General Admission and Quick Pass tickets are reserved in half-hour entry windows which begin at the time listed on your ticket. Please arrive within that timeframe. Each ticket is valid for the date and time listed ONLY.
All After Dark VIP Tour tickets start at the time listed on your ticket. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the time on the ticket. Each ticket is valid for the date and time listed ONLY.
Event runs rain or shine.
Coupons are valid online only. Coupons are NOT valid on Saturday Nights in October. No combination of discounts.
Children under the age of seven (7) cannot be admitted.
